Mental Health First Aid – Day 1

This course teaches first aid skills for adult members of the public to give initial help to adults experiencing mental health problems, in a mental health crisis situation, or in the early stages of a mental illness.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course

For 4 weeks in March 2017, about 25 participants gave up their Tuesday evening to attend

MHFA course. Participants were young to the mature aged who all came to learn with active participation and had many questions for Trainer Bill . We will post comments regarding the training as we

received them.

Manningham Interfaith Network would like to acknowlege the Victorian Multicultural Commission for their support in running this event.

We hope to have the course run in 2017-2018 as we already have a waiting list.
